IEEE 寬禁帶電力電子技術(shù)路線圖委員會(huì)(ITRW)創(chuàng)始秘書長(zhǎng),國(guó)際工程院聯(lián)合會(huì)WGEE荷蘭代表,歐洲半導(dǎo)體后道技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃小組成員(PACK4EU),荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學(xué)(Delft University of Technology)電子元器件、技術(shù)和材料領(lǐng)域(ECTM)主任教授。
曾任飛利浦(Philips)和恩智浦(NXP)Research Fellow, 歐共體微納電子發(fā)展規(guī)劃“超越摩爾“委員會(huì)主任,荷蘭國(guó)家微納米電子規(guī)劃平臺(tái)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)共同主任。2001年成為荷蘭的第一位華人教授。近30年的半導(dǎo)體和半導(dǎo)體照明領(lǐng)域技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、研發(fā)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。獲得了包括IEEE Technical Field Award 在內(nèi)的眾多獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),培養(yǎng)了15位半導(dǎo)體相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的教授和副教授。

This talk will highlight the global landscape of semiconductor technology and industry and summarize the state of the art and future development trends. Focus will be the opportunities and challenges of wide band gap semiconductors and their applications in power electronics.

Gert Rietveld,荷蘭國(guó)家計(jì)量院(VSL)首席科學(xué)家,荷蘭特文特大學(xué)(University of Twente)電氣工程學(xué)院教授, 國(guó)際計(jì)量委員會(huì)(CIPM)?委員、電磁咨詢委員會(huì)主席,創(chuàng)立并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)歐洲國(guó)家計(jì)量研究院協(xié)會(huì)(EURAMET)電能計(jì)量分委會(huì)及歐洲智能電網(wǎng)計(jì)量網(wǎng)絡(luò)。國(guó)際計(jì)量局(BIPM)電磁咨詢委員會(huì)(CCEM)委員,中國(guó)計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院國(guó)際咨詢委員會(huì)委員,CIGRE(國(guó)際大電網(wǎng)會(huì)議)、CENELEC(歐洲電工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì))及IEC(國(guó)際電工委員會(huì))多個(gè)工作組的核心成員。在電氣計(jì)量領(lǐng)域擁有逾25年經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究方向涵蓋電池精密測(cè)量、變流器能效測(cè)試及電網(wǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)。在電能精密測(cè)量,尤其是在智能電網(wǎng)計(jì)量技術(shù)方面發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文200余篇。
【演講內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】
Electricity grids are the backbone of our modern society. Together with renewable energy sources like hydropower, wind and solar, they play a crucial role in the transition to a more sustainable energy infrastructure. Measurements are important in ensuring a reliable and high-quality electricity supply during this transition: this ranges from revenue metering and power quality measurements, to grid stability monitoring and HV testing of grid equipment. This presentation will highlight the achievements of some recent EU research projects that developed new measurement infrastructure in support of future electricity grids.
